|Monday, Tuesday||8.00am - 7.00pm|
|Wednesday||8.00am - 1.30pm|
|Thursday, Friday||8.00am - 6.30pm|
Types of appointments:
Call in or telephone 020 8544 2180 during office hours.
Appointments are for 10 minutes. If you have more than one problem please ask for a longer appointment. Please be punctual for appointments and make separate appointments if another member of the family needs to be seen.
Patients are registered with the practice, not an individual GP. For
administrative reasons your medical card will be issued in the name of one of the doctors; however, you can at any time express a preference for a particular doctor, for either all of your medical needs or on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to respect your choice. However, not all the doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not be immediately available.
We expect our patients to be on time for all appointments that they book with us, and cancel in advance any appointment that they cannot attend. We will send a warning text to the patient if he/she misses two appointments without informing us. If a patient misses more than two appointments without informing us in advance, the practice has the right to remove that patient from the practice list. Additionally, if a patient arrives late for an appointment, he/she may be asked to rebook for another time.
If you have received a text regarding a missed appointment, please follow the appropriate link below for further information:
We have a weekly Walk In Clinic with the GP on:
|Friday Morning||9:00am - 11:00am|
No appointment is necessary, please just turn up.
Please note: You will not be booked into this clinic before 09:00am.
If your are sent for further investigation i.e. x-ray, blood, ultrasound then please contact the surgery 7 - 10 days after the investigation to get the result.
Results can be obtained by calling the surgery on 0208 544 2180 after 1.00pm.
Requests for home visits should be made only if the patient is unfit
to attend the surgery.
Please make your request before 10am if possible except in an emergency.
Please be prepared to give as much information as possible so that we can accurately determine the urgency of the visit.
In a real emergency that cannot wait, please call 999.
If you cannot keep your appointment please notify the surgery as soon as possible. We currently experience approximately 40 non attenders per month which is frustrating both for the surgery staff and patients if they cannot get an appointment at their required time.
You can see an experienced nurse for treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, seven days a week, 7am until 10pm at:
Tooting NHS Walk-in Centre
St. Georges Hospital,
Telephone: 020 8700 0505
You do not need an appointment.
When the surgery is closed, please call the surgery number and you will automatically be put through to NHS 111 who will triage your call and refer you to the best provider for your problem. Alternatively you can ring NHS 111 direct on:
The NHS 111 service is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straightaway to the local service that can help you best. That could be A&E, an out-of-hours doctor, a walk in centre, or urgent care centre, a community nurse, an emergency dentist or a late-opening chemist.
Where possible, the NHS 111 team will book you an appointment or transfer you directly to the people you need to speak to. If you need an ambulance, one will be sent just as quickly as if you had dialled 999.
